bullet Created by Mr. Joseph Paczkowski, a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience working for Tribes to provide them with legislative information directly impacting their operations. Previously, Mr. Paczkowski developed and implemented a similar service called Legislative Impact for the Sault Tribe of Chippewa Indians.

bullet Tribal Impact  is a service designed to produce Federal Legislative Research for those who need to know but do not have the time to monitor the various sources to get the information they need. It is also a service that updates American Indian activists on the legislative issues that threaten to erode sovereignty. As a consolidated research service, Tribal Impact strives to be an affordable alternative to high priced and non-personal companies.

bullet Our primary service is e-mail notification. Our staff conducts daily information searches and  notifies you on a regular basis of any Federal legislation activity that may have some impact on the resources you safeguard. Impact updates include new legislation, action items and other relevant items including news stories and public comments.

bullet The TI web page is updated frequently with direct links to highlighted information.
